At Your Auto Advisors, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase and confident in your decision. That's why we offer our exclusive "Sleep On It" Return Policy for customers who purchase the Premium Package or higher. If, within 24 hours of your purchase, you decide that the Premium Package or higher doesn't align with your needs, you are eligible for a full refund.

The "Sleep On It" Return Policy applies only to customers who have purchased the Premium Package or higher from Your Auto Advisors.

The request for a refund must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase timestamp.

Refund Procedure:

To initiate the refund process, please follow these simple steps:

Send an email within the 24-hour window from the time of your purchase.

In the email subject line, please mention "Refund Request - Your Order Number."

In the email content, state the reason for your refund request and your full name.

Our team will respond to your email within 48 hours to confirm the receipt of your request.

If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase process within 14 business days.

Conditions for a Full Refund:

The Premium Package or higher must not have been used or accessed during the 24-hour evaluation period.

No services or benefits offered under the Premium Package or higher should have been utilized.

The refund request must comply with the eligibility criteria stated above.

Exceptions:
The "Sleep On It" Return Policy is exclusive to the Premium Package or higher and does not apply to any other packages or services offered by Your Auto Advisors. Additionally, the policy does not cover purchases made through special promotions or discount offers.
